• Events Security & Hospitality Steward

Type of work you would be involved in: 
– Leisure, Music, Sport and Exhibitions (Hospitality & Client Liaison)
– Stewarding / Security with Customer Care

Role Responsibility:
– Searching Personnel, Items, Vehicles for Weapons & Dangerous substances.
– But not limited to Ticket Checking, Directing & Managing Patrons
– Crowd Monitoring, Traffic Control
– Hospitality and Car Park Control
– Providing General Guidance to assist visitors.

An Ideal Candidate should have:
– Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Frontline)
– Motivation & Enthusiasm to work events (Music, Sports etc).
– Have Customer Care experience with a common sense approach to working with the public.
– Flexibility is also important as shifts can fall on evenings and weekends.
– Constant supervision and training is provided to increase confidence and experience.
– Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and verbal communication skills.
– You will need to demonstrate a friendly & approachable yet assertive professional attitude.

Items of ID required to make an application:
– SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Orange Band)
– Photographic ID (Valid UK/EU Passport or Drivers Licence, Non-EU Passport with Right to Work)
– Letter with address (e.g. Bank Statement, Telephone Bill)
– HMRC Letter (Showing Name and National Insurance Number)
– 5 Year Checkable History
—- Two Personal Reference/s (not family or relatives)
—- Employment/Unemployment Reference/s (covering at least 5 Years)

As a Steward you will be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:
– Ticket Checking
– Directing & Managing Patrons
– Crowd Monitoring, Traffic Control
– Hospitality and Car Park Stewarding.
– Providing general guidance to the public.

An Ideal Candidate should have:
– Be at least 18 years old to apply (as you could be deployed as a hospitality steward)
– Motivation & Enthusiasm to work events (Music, Sports etc).
– Have Customer Care experience with a common sense approach to working with the public.
– Flexibility is also important as shifts can fall on evenings and weekends.
– Constant supervision and training is provided to increase confidence and experience.
– Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and verbal communication skills.
