Ideal Candidates should be over 18, be in possession of a valid SIA Door Supervisor’s license, be friendly, presentable, approachable and have excellent communication skills, which should include written English. The shifts will be predominantly Friday and Saturday nights, with the occasional mid-week evening (Student Night, Midweek football fixtures etc) so a degree of flexibility is required.
Experience is not required but is preferable. Induction is given along with continued training, free of charge, covering the below points:
- First Aid Awareness
- ACT training (Action Counters Terrorism)
- Vulnerable Person Training
- British Sign Language
- Customer Service
