Ideal candidates should be in possession of an SIA Door Supervisor licence, be over 18, friendly, presentable, approachable and have excellent communication skills, which should include written English. The shifts will be predominantly Friday & Saturday evenings with the occasional mid-week evening shift so a degree of flexibility is required.
Experience is not required but is preferable. Induction is given along with continued training, free of charge, covering the below points:
- First Aid Awareness
- ACT training (Action Counters Terrorism)
- Vulnerable Person Training
- British Sign Language
- Customer Service
