Genesis Scottish Open

Security Scotland’s Specialist Services division carry out an array of specialist services including Behavioural Detection Officers, Integrity Testing, Close Protection & Specialist Dog Handling. 

Last month, 2 of our specialist teams were deployed at the Genesis Scottish Open in Gullane, North Berwick. Our Close Protection team carried out Player Protection roles for the competition’s marquee competitors. Our team come from an array of backgrounds that include ex-Police, ex-military and the private security industry.

Our Specialist Dog Handling team were deployed at the event entry point providing public reassurance as well as using their senses to detect prohibited substances.
