\nSome of the conditions require you to tell the SIA if your personal details change.<\/p>\n
You must tell the SIA of any:<\/p>\n
\u2022 convictions, cautions or warnings you have received for a relevant criminal offence (as listed in the Get Licensed booklet)<\/p>\n
\u2022 charges against you for a relevant criminal offence<\/p>\n
\u2022 changes to your name<\/p>\n
\u2022 changes to your address<\/p>\n
\u2022 changes to your right to work in the UK<\/p>\n
You can do this from the ‘Notify the SIA’ tab in your SIA online account.<\/p>\n
It is a criminal offence to breach the conditions of your licence, so please remember to tell us and the SIA of any changes to your personal details.<\/p>\n
