Security Scotland\u2019s Training Division Complete Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety Management<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This week Security Scotland\u2019s Training Division completed its first ever Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety Management Course (Safety Officer) at our Glasgow head office.<\/p>\n

Industry experts Chris Baker and David Brannan opened the five-day course, setting the scene for the qualification and giving a detailed overview of the modules. Security Scotland\u2019s management team were joined by several new Safety Officers from around the country as well as a couple of independent safety consultants.<\/span><\/p>\n

CT \/ Behavioural Detection (Superintendent Pat O\u2019Callaghan – Police Scotland)<\/p>\n

Police Free Football (Alan Marshall \u2013 Hibernian FC)<\/p>\n

Pyrotechnics (Brian McNeill \u2013 Systechnica)<\/p>\n

The Role of the SPFL Delegate (Tom Purdie \u2013 SPFL)<\/p>\n

Our planning is now underway to run a second course which is pencilled in for later in the year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
