People Development

In order to maintain our positive reputation of high standards we continually invest in training and development to ensure that our staff are prepared to consistently deliver the high standards and values of the company.

Some of the specialist training our staff routinely undergo is Emergency First Aid Training, Fire Marshall Training with pyrotechnics being a reoccurring topic within our stadiums & outdoor shows.

The most recent staff training we have done is Deaf Awareness Training delivered by British Sign Language. Our safety stewarding induction that is delivered to our safety & matchday staff is the globally recognised UEFA Stewards Training Programme.

Our people are our most valuable asset and to retain them as employees developing the skills of our staff is a key priority for Security Scotland. We invest in training and development to ensure that our staff are prepared to continually deliver the high standards and values of the company with a smile on their face.

Good Customer Service skills is a key fundamental for our staff who are the face of our organisation as they are often the first point of contact with clients and members of the public. Our Customer Service Workshops provide training that addresses all aspects of customer service excellence. These courses are exclusively tailored to complement our clients business needs. This is a popular choice for companies wanting to develop a consistent customer care process across their team or department.

Vulnerable Persons Training is another course that continually benefits our staff whose role brings them into contact with vulnerable customers or colleagues. It equips them with the skills and confidence to handle challenging conversations in a sensitive and professional way
