We have used Security Scotland for a number of years and from the offset they have provided a first-class service to our clients. The job specification required a considerate and professional approach to the many challenges presented by a busy city centre location. We’ve been working with Security Scotland since Christmas 2016 and it’s been a great working partnership. Our requirements are often very changeable and at quite short notice, but your team have never let us down when it comes to getting the staff we need. The staff are all really knowledgeable about our festival and our company, and many of them have been working on the festival for a few years now so have good prior knowledge of who the Underbelly Team are, where the local landmarks are etc which is invaluable not just during the run, but in our build and strike phases as well. Staff are always well kitted out in all weathers so that they’re easily identifiable to the public and kept warm and dry, and they’re always extremely professional and happy to help with tasks — it’s not uncommon for me to be running around our sites moving barrier and putting up signs, and I usually don’t even have to ask for help, someone will spot what I’m doing and come and offer assistance.

Since Security Scotland took over the security and stewarding provision at LCC Live, we have noted significant changes. The staff they provide are very professional, experienced, pro-active, and most importantly, very people friendly which, as an event organiser, is pivotal to ensure we maximise the whole customer experience at our events.
