For the last 6 weeks, our Events Division have been deployed throughout December / January at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh for Christmas at the Botanics.
Our customer safety team welcomed over 2,000 members of the public each night providing site information, directional & safety advice as well as reiterating the physical distancing message to all guests on site ensuring their safety.
The Event Manager commented “It was a privilege to work alongside your Management, Supervisors and all your team. Their professionalism, support, and level of service was instrumental in helping keep the event open in the midst of the uncharted territory of a global pandemic.
