Safer Internet Day

Over the years, Safer Internet Day has become a landmark event in the online safety calendar. Coordinated in the UK by the UK Safer Internet Centre, the celebration sees thousands of organisations get involved to promote the safe, responsible, and positive use of digital technology for children and young people. Security Scotland is a user of The Scottish Business Resilience Centre (SBRC) that brings together the Scottish Government, Police Scotland, and the Scottish business community to one day make Scotland one of the safest, and most resilient places to live, work, and do business, both on and offline. They state: “It is our intention that every Scottish organisation have the skills and knowledge to protect themselves against online attacks. We achieve this through delivering education and preventative training, as well as actively raising awareness of threats throughout the business community.” #SaferInternetDay2023 #SecurityScotland #SBRC
