Scottish Bafta’s

On Sunday night, we provided the security and close protection for the BAFTA Scotland 2024 Awards held at the Double Tree Hilton in Glasgow.

The glitzy awards were hosted by Scottish radio DJ and TV personality, Edith Bowman and celebrated Scots in the TV and Film industry in recognition of their work.

The event, which is held annually invited Scottish entertainment titans from across the nation in recognition of their talents. 

Acting heavyweights attending included Nicola Walker, Tommy Flannagan, Dougray Scott, Sanjeev Kohli and Hazel Irvine who won a BAFTA for the Outstanding Contribution to Television award. Other guests included Scottish Labour Leader Anas Sarwar, Cabinet Secretary Angus Robertson, Blue Peter presenter Abby Cook and A Place in the Sun host Danni Menzies.

The BAFTA Scotland team commented “Massive thanks to the team for providing such excellent security cover for the BAFTA Scotland Awards 2024. It really is invaluable to have a Security team we can trust to handle any situation sensitively – especially given the complexities of being in a venue that has members of the public, high profile guests, and hotel residents.
