Feb EOTM – Sam Steel

Congratulations to our February EOTM Sam Steel

Sam responded in an excellent manner to a highly distressing incident.

Whilst on site Sam viewed what initially seemed to be an intoxicated male passing by the site however whilst continuing his observations Sam’s concern for the individual caused him to react in the way which saved the man’s life. 

Sam went above and beyond his role and his quick thinking whilst maintaining the Security of the site is the type of action we wish to be openly praising and acknowledging to get the best out of our colleagues.
