Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month Josh Campbell This nomination is to acknowledge Josh’s assistance over what has been the companies busiest summer events schedule to date. Josh continued in transporting staff all over the various events throughout the country, he carried out his duties adhering to a high standard of safe driving whilst transporting our staff, and always with a smile on his face, although I’m sure he is sick of the sight of suitcases by now (ha-ha), he ensured all vehicles were kept tidy and company procedures followed in respect of vehicle logs, check reports etc, he even went above and beyond to take staff direct to their front door when public transport wasn’t available on numerous occasions. Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month Billy Davidson This award is testament to the continuous level of professionalism Billy Davidson always adopts, whether he is in his Managers role at Kilmarnock FC, or Senior Supervisor role at various events, his attention to detail regards client service delivery and staff welfare are exceptional, alongside the recent comments below from Joe Ireland, Safety Officer at Kilmarnock FC, post Kilmarnock’s recent European home fixture: "Can I just point out, Billy Davidson who is my Head of Security and Stewarding based in the control room. I want to highlight Billy. He is the consummate professional and I do lean on him during any event I have especially last night. Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month Harry McFarlane . Harry is a great asset to the team and consistently demonstrates exceptional uniform standards, punctuality and professionalism in all aspects of his work. June Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month, Ms Stacey Archer🥳 Stacey joined Security Scotland Ltd in 2016 as a Safety Steward, and through her commitment and willingness to learn, quickly became SIA Licensed before progressing to play a pivotal part with our Supervision Team. Stacey is an ever-present member of our Events Supervision Team at football stadiums throughout the season and a key member of the team during the summer at music & golf events.  Stacey is very well respected by her colleagues and always leaves a lasting impression on clients and stake holders wherever she is deployed. 🗣Our Operations Director, Chris Callaghan commented “this is a very fitting award, Stacey is a character once you have met, you never forget. Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Miss Ayomide Amos. Ayomide joined Security Scotland back in September 2023 as a safety steward, and through her work ethic, welcoming attitude and dedication she was promptly enrolled onto our SIA Door Supervisor Course, which she passed with flying colours.  Ayomide soon developed into a key staff member after obtaining her SIA Licence, she is such a refreshing smiley individual to have on our team! ongratulations to our February 2024, Employee of the Month Nancy Bamfo! Nancy has always adopted a can-do approach since she joined the company in May 2023, Nancy started her employment here at Security Scotland as a Safety/Customer care steward, but it wasn’t long until we realised her potential in security through her friendly but vigilant approach in every task she undertakes. Nancy has successfully gained her SIA Door Supervisor licence in February this year and has welcomed all training courses made available to her.  Nancy is well respected by all clients and colleagues of Security Scotland. Her versatility skill sets means she is utilised over all our security sectors ranging from stadia to corporate events, her attention to detail, in conjunction with her high level customer service skills are excellent attributes to have, which only enhance our brand. Congratulations to our December Employee of the Month Mark Merriner Mark started with Security Scotland Ltd during the Alfred Dunhill Cup last year. Since joining the company in October, he was quickly appointed to the role as Head of Security at TopGolf in Glasgow . Mark has shown professionalism from day one. The consistent feedback from our new client, where Mark was appointed for, has been excellent, singling out Mark as a fantastic modern example, and exactly what their high expectations were for a venue Head of Security. Both Mark’s personal and professional standards are impeccable, noting his personal visibility within the unit, supporting his work colleagues during operational hours.
